Osimhen, who is currently on loan at Turkish champions Galatasaray, has been a key figure in the Süper Lig, but rumors about his future have been fueled by reported interest from top clubs like Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United.

Manna’s comments come amid ongoing discussions about Osimhen’s potential €75 million release clause, but he insists that Napoli remains focused on their current objectives, without any ongoing negotiations for the striker’s departure.

Manna Addresses Osimhen Transfer Speculation

Giovanni Manna, Napoli’s sporting director, has dismissed claims that clubs are in talks to sign Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen.

With Osimhen currently on loan at Turkish Süper Lig champions Galatasaray, rumors have been swirling about a potential move for the forward, especially after reports of interest from Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United.

Manna, however, firmly stated that no club has contacted Napoli regarding Osimhen. “I already said many times, nobody has talked to us. Victor is owned by Napoli and currently playing for Galatasaray. I think too much has been said about this, there is nothing happening,” he told DAZN.

Release Clause and January Possibilities

Osimhen, whose release clause stands at €75 million, could leave Galatasaray in January if any club is willing to meet that figure.

Despite the ongoing speculation, Manna emphasized that Napoli is focused on their current season and is not prioritizing transfers at this stage.

“We made a lot of investments over the summer, and if it should be needed, we would be ready to make more. But our priority right now is our campaign,” Manna added
