Victor Osimhen is set to miss approximately two weeks of action following a muscle injury sustained during Galatasaray’s Turkish Super Lig encounter with Sivasspor last Sunday, as reported by softfootball.com.

The Nigerian international, who scored Galatasaray’s second goal in the 3-2 victory, was forced off the pitch due to the injury. Galatasaray confirmed the setback in an official statement on Monday.
Reports suggest that Osimhen will be unavailable for at least three matches, including the crucial UEFA Europa League showdown against Malmo on Thursday.
The 25-year-old forward has been in fine form this season, netting seven goals and providing three assists in just nine league appearances. His contributions have been pivotal in maintaining Galatasaray’s position at the top of the league standings, ahead of their arch-rivals Fenerbahce.
While Osimhen’s absence poses a challenge, the Yellow and Reds remain focused on sustaining their dominance in both domestic and European competitions during this critical phase.
