West Ham United are actively seeking reinforcements in attack as their Premier League campaign falters due to a lack of goals and a growing injury list.
Having scored just 27 goals in 22 matches, the Hammers find themselves with a depleted frontline as Jarrod Bowen, Michail Antonio, and Niclas Füllkrug are all sidelined.
RB Leipzig striker Andre Silva has emerged as a top target, with Sky Sports Germany reporting that “advanced talks are underway.” Silva, 29, has struggled for game time this season, failing to start a single Bundesliga match and managing just one goal from eight substitute appearances.

Last season, he scored three goals in 19 La Liga appearances while on loan at Real Sociedad. A loan move for the Portuguese international remains a possibility, though no agreement has been reached.
Meanwhile, West Ham are also in discussions with Ajax over 22-year-old Brian Brobbey. However, negotiations face a roadblock, as Ajax is unwilling to sanction a simple loan deal.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Ajax insists on either a permanent transfer or a loan with an obligation to buy. Brobbey, who impressed last season with 18 Eredivisie goals, has struggled this term, scoring just once in 17 league games.

Manager Graham Potter initially downplayed the likelihood of January signings but now appears open to opportunities.
“The January window is not the easiest, but we must always be aware of anything that can help us in the short, medium, or long term,” he stated earlier this month.
With time running out and options limited, West Ham are under pressure to secure a striker to reignite their faltering season.
