Man Utd Told to Go All-In for Chelsea & Arsenal Target Before Deadline

With the January transfer window nearing its end, former Manchester United striker Louis Saha has urged the club to do “everything” to sign Napoli forward Victor Osimhen.

United have struggled this season and sit in the bottom half of the Premier League. While they recently secured victories over Rangers and Fulham, new boss Ruben Amorim has expressed concerns about the squad’s overall quality.

Despite being close to signing Denmark full-back Patrick Dorgu, Saha believes United’s priority should be landing a proven goal scorer like Osimhen.

The Nigerian striker has been a long-time target for Chelsea and Arsenal, having netted 76 goals in 133 games for Napoli. He’s currently on loan at Galatasaray, where he has continued his impressive form with 16 goals in 20 appearances.

“Osimhen is the striker I would do everything to bring to Manchester United,” Saha told Spaceport Sweden. “He’s the only available forward who would be a guaranteed success.”

Saha believes Osimhen’s presence would take the pressure off Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee, allowing them to play with more freedom.

“At the moment, United’s strikers don’t win enough 50-50s or make the right movements in the box. Osimhen would solve all those problems,” he added.

Rio Ferdinand has also backed the idea of United signing Osimhen, suggesting a loan move could be an ideal short-term fix.

“I’d go get Osimhen now if it’s financially possible,” Ferdinand said. “He guarantees goals and has proven himself at the highest level.”

United spent over £70 million on Hojlund last summer, but the Danish forward has struggled, scoring just two Premier League goals.

Reports suggest the Red Devils could even consider selling him in the summer amid interest from Juventus and Napoli.

With the deadline fast approaching, will United make a late push for Osimhen, or will they risk finishing the season without a top-class striker?
