In a recent interview (via @centregoals on X), when asked about the most challenging opponent of his career, Alexander-Arnold simply responded: “Messi. Just the best.”
Messi is widely regarded as one of the greatest footballers of all time, having won numerous trophies, including the World Cup, Copa America, and UEFA Champions League.
