The 25-year-old Egyptian international has impressed since joining Frankfurt, where he scored 12 goals with six assists in his debut season and continues his strong form this year.

Following this form, Liverpool has officially reached out to Marmoush’s representatives as his stock rises, currently valued at around £42m–£51m.

Liverpool reportedly monitored Marmoush over the summer but opted not to pursue him, feeling well-covered in the attack. With Salah’s contract due to expire in 2025, however, the Reds may move for Marmoush if the club legend departs.

Marmoush, whose contract with Frankfurt runs through 2027, continues to attract top European clubs with his consistent Bundesliga performances, and Liverpool’s interest reflects their intent to strengthen the squad.

Manager Arne Slot, who has taken over from Jurgen Klopp, has been cautious about Salah’s future, emphasizing that talks are ongoing. He also expressed pride in the team’s performances, which have fueled this heightened interest.
