Kelechi Iheanacho is eager to make a bigger impact at Sevilla following his summer arrival, with the Nigerian forward setting his sights on scoring more goals for the La Liga club.

After a challenging start, Iheanacho opened his account with a brace in Sevilla’s recent 3-0 Copa del Rey triumph over Las Rozas.
Reflecting on his performance, he shared his ambition to continue finding the back of the net, saying, “Hopefully, there are more goals to come, and hopefully, Sevilla will be in the top six of La Liga by the end of the season.”
Sevilla, set to face Real Sociedad at home this Sunday, has shown steady progress under their current management. Iheanacho expressed his excitement about the upcoming match and the opportunity to play in front of Sevilla’s passionate supporters.
“I will be really happy to play in our stadium again,” he said, noting the positive influence of Sevilla’s fans. “They always support the team no matter what. Hopefully, I get a chance to play there, and hopefully, they will come out, support the team, and we win the game.”
