England asserted their control over Greece with a confident 3-0 win in a European qualifier held at the Athens Olympic Stadium.

England struck first in the 7th minute when Ollie Watkins opened the scoring, assisted by Noni Madueke.
The game quickly became heated, as both Jude Bellingham and Conor Gallagher received yellow cards by the 11th minute, signaling the intensity of England’s approach.
Greece’s Giorgos Masouras was also booked in the 22nd minute, and England’s goalkeeper Jordan Pickford picked up a yellow card in the 27th minute, leading both sides into halftime with England holding a 1-0 lead.
The second half saw Greece pressing for an equalizer, yet England maintained control over the game. Greek midfielder Christos Zafeiris was shown a yellow card in the 62nd minute.
England extended their lead in the 78th minute when Greek goalkeeper Odysseas Vlachodimos accidentally directed the ball into his own net, making it 2-0.
Just five minutes later, in the 83rd minute, Curtis Jones set up Morgan Gibbs-White, who scored England’s third and final goal, confirming their dominant victory.
Referee Daniel Siebert from Germany officiated the game, which took place at the Athens Olympic Stadium. England’s disciplined and tactical approach throughout the match ultimately secured their 3-0 triumph over Greece.
