Samuel Chukwueze featured as a substitute in AC Milan’s dominant 3-0 triumph over Empoli on Saturday night.
The Nigerian winger came on in the 75th minute, replacing Yunus Musah, with Milan already in control. Chukwueze has made 13 Serie A appearances this season, netting once, and continues to adapt to his role in Paulo Fonseca’s squad.

The match saw AC Milan take an early lead, with Alvaro Morata scoring the opener in the 19th minute. Milan’s advantage was doubled just before the break when Tijjani Reijnders found the net in the 44th minute with an assist from Christian Pulisic.
Reijnders sealed the win with his second goal in the 69th minute, leaving Empoli with little to show for their efforts.

The win underscored AC Milan’s strong attacking depth and defensive stability, as they look to remain competitive at the top of the Serie A table.
Although Chukwueze has primarily appeared as a substitute, his increasing involvement hints at greater opportunities as the season progresses. Milan’s next fixture will be crucial as they aim to continue their strong run.
Meanwhile, Empoli will need to regroup after this defeat to avoid further slide down the table.
