Arsenal are exploring a move for Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Lee Kang-in to strengthen their attacking options in the January transfer window.
As a result, Arsenal have turned their attention to Lee, who has impressed at PSG with six goals this season and the versatility to play across multiple attacking positions.
According to reports, Lee is open to leaving PSG despite being a regular in both Ligue 1 and Champions League fixtures under Luis Enrique.
However, PSG’s valuation of at least €44 million (£36.5m) could be a stumbling block for Arsenal, who would prefer a loan deal with an option to buy.
Lee joined PSG from Mallorca in July 2023 for €22 million (£18.8m) and has quickly become an integral part of the French club’s setup.
In related news, PSG is also looking to offload Randal Kolo Muani, who has struggled to secure a place under Luis Enrique.
The French international, signed for €75 million (£64.2m) plus €15 million (£12.2m) in add-ons, has started just two matches this season.
As Arsenal evaluate their options, securing Lee Kang-in on favorable terms could provide the attacking reinforcement needed to maintain their competitive edge this season.
