Arsenal will wear a striking all-white kit in their FA Cup third-round match against Manchester United this Sunday. This move is part of the ‘No More Red’ initiative, launched with Adidas in 2022 to combat youth knife crime and provide safe spaces for young people.

Replacing their iconic red home kit, both the men’s and women’s teams will sport the special white strip during their respective matches—against Manchester United and Bristol City.

The initiative is a response to the growing knife crime epidemic in London, where police recorded over 15,016 knife-related offenses in 2023/24, compared to 12,786 the previous year.

The campaign focuses on creating safe environments, offering opportunities for youth engagement, and recognizing community role models.

However, the all-white kit won’t be available for purchase. Instead, it’s awarded to individuals making a positive difference in their communities.

Arsenal fans can join the cause by volunteering with the club’s charity partners. Those who participate will receive the exclusive white kit and an invitation to a match at the Emirates Stadium.

Midfielder Declan Rice shared his pride in wearing the kit, emphasizing its importance: “It connects us deeply to our supporters and inspires us to raise awareness about youth crime and violence. Their stories fuel our performances and unite us as a community.”

Freddie Hudson, head of Arsenal in the Community, highlighted the impact: “Knife crime is complex, but our work with Adidas is making a difference. By investing in safe spaces and building trust, we create opportunities for volunteering, education, and employment. Over time, these efforts produce young leaders who inspire others to make better life choices.”

Through the No More Red campaign, Arsenal continues to lead by example, showcasing how football can spark meaningful social change and help young people thrive.
