Pedro, who started the season strong, scored two goals in his first four league matches before sustaining injuries during international duty and in a clash against Nottingham Forest in September.

O’Riley has also been sidelined since his Brighton debut in August due to an ankle injury. Both are expected to be fit for Saturday’s fixture.

Meanwhile, Hurzeler has noted that Lewis Dunk, Yankuba Minteh, and Yasin Ayari remain uncertain but could be fit in time. Solly March, however, will miss the match due to an injury.

Speaking on the fixture, Hurzeler highlighted the team’s respect for City and acknowledged the competitive nature of this season, but emphasized Brighton’s intention to seize any opportunities in their upcoming home game.
