The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has officially announced that the draw for the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) will be held on Friday, November 22.

The event is scheduled to take place at the prestigious Mohammed VI Technical Centre in Sale, Morocco, marking a significant step toward the much-anticipated tournament.
The competition will feature 12 teams, including Nigeria’s Super Falcons, as they compete for continental glory. Morocco, the host nation, is set to welcome Africa’s finest from July 5 to July 26, 2025, as the tournament promises thrilling football action.
South Africa enters the tournament as defending champions, having clinched their maiden WAFCON title on Moroccan soil in 2022.
