El Fariq will lead an all-Moroccan officiating team, with Abdessamad Abertoune and Zakaria Bouchtaoui serving as the first and second assistant referees, respectively. Hicham Temsamani has been assigned the role of the fourth official.
Additionally, Sierra Leone’s Prince Kai Saquee will act as the match commissioner, while Miboti Moise from the Democratic Republic of Congo will serve as the referee assessor.
The much-anticipated encounter is scheduled to take place at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo on Saturday. The first leg of this final qualifying round ended in a goalless draw last weekend in Accra.
The winner of this tie will secure a spot at CHAN 2024, which will be co-hosted by Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania.
Both teams will be looking to capitalize on this opportunity to represent their nations at the prestigious tournament.
