David Moyes has revitalized Everton since his return, securing back-to-back wins against Tottenham and Brighton.

However, injuries have hit hard, particularly in attack. Dominic Calvert-Lewin is sidelined with a hamstring issue, Dwight McNeil faces an extended absence due to a knee injury, and Armando Broja’s loan spell from Chelsea has been disrupted by an ankle problem.

With Broja out for over a month, Everton are negotiating with Chelsea to terminate his loan, though a resolution remains pending. As an alternative, the Merseyside club is exploring loan deals for three Chelsea players—Carney Chukwuemeka, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, and Ben Chilwell—all of whom are struggling for Premier League minutes under Enzo Maresca.

Dewsbury-Hall has made just one league start this season, while Chukwuemeka and Chilwell have yet to feature.

Beyond Chelsea, Everton are also tracking Lyon’s Ernest Nuamah. The 21-year-old winger, who scored three times in 33 appearances last season, was on the verge of joining Fulham before an emotional breakdown halted the move.

Lyon’s owner later apologized for attempting to push the Ghanaian out. Despite limited game time this season, Nuamah remains a target for Everton as they look to reinforce their attack.
