AC Milan forward Alvaro Morata, a former Chelsea player, was rushed to a hospital on Thursday following a head collision during training.

The incident occurred when Morata collided mid-air with center-back Strahinja Pavlovic, leading Milan’s medical team to send him to Legnano hospital as a precaution.
The 32-year-old underwent an MRI, which cleared him of any serious injuries, though he remains under observation. As a result, Morata will miss Milan’s upcoming Serie A fixture against Cagliari on Saturday, with Tammy Abraham likely to step in during his absence.
Earlier this week, Morata made headlines by scoring in AC Milan’s 3-1 Champions League win against his former club, Real Madrid, at Santiago Bernabeu.
Reflecting on the victory, Morata emphasized the team’s commitment, noting, “We fought like lions, playing a serious game with some brilliant ball control, and at times, we suffered together.”
Morata has scored three goals in his 12 appearances since joining Milan from Atletico Madrid for €13 million over the summer.
