Galatasaray manager Okan Buruk has expressed confidence that star striker Victor Osimhen will remain with the Turkish Super Lig champions for the entire 2024/25 season, despite recent speculation linking him with a January transfer.

Osimhen, who joined Galatasaray on a season-long loan from Napoli in September, has been pivotal for the team, scoring eight goals and providing four assists in just nine appearances across all competitions.
Despite his remarkable performances, which have attracted attention from other clubs, Buruk remains positive about the Nigerian international’s commitment to the club.
Speaking to NTV, Buruk said, “Osimhen intends to stay here until the end of the season. He has told me this repeatedly since the beginning. While there is a clause in his contract, it ultimately comes down to the player’s decision, and Osimhen has made it clear that he wants to remain here.”
The 25-year-old striker, known for his time at Lille and Napoli, has been a game-changer for Galatasaray, strengthening their hopes of retaining the Super Lig title.
