Super Eagles goalkeeper Maduka Okoye has revealed the challenges of facing Victor Osimhen, describing the Napoli striker as a goal-scoring machine.

Okoye, who plays for Udinese, recalled their Serie A encounter last season, where Osimhen found the back of the net during a 1-1 draw between Udinese and Napoli.
In an interview with Sporty TV, Okoye expressed admiration for Osimhen’s skill and composure on the pitch. “Facing Osimhen is never easy. He has goal-scoring in his DNA,” Okoye said.
“He scored against me in that match, but he didn’t celebrate the goal. It meant a lot to me. He’s a quality striker and extremely dangerous in front of goal.”
The goalkeeper also highlighted the overall quality of players in Serie A, stating that competing in the league presents unique challenges for every player.
