Manchester United are intensifying their interest in Eintracht Frankfurt forward Omar Marmoush as they look to strengthen their attacking options in January.
The 25-year-old Egyptian has been in sensational form this season, scoring 14 goals in 17 matches across all competitions, further building on an impressive debut season with the Bundesliga side where he netted 12 goals and registered six assists.
Liverpool and several other European giants, including Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain, have also been monitoring Marmoush.

With Liverpool considering replacements for Mohamed Salah and United aiming to bolster their attack, a fierce transfer battle could unfold in the coming months.

Eintracht’s sporting director Timmo Hardung has reiterated that no discussions have taken place and that the club is keen to retain Marmoush, at least until the summer.
