The Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP) previously ruled in favor of Mbappe last month, but PSG contested the decision.
After a hearing on October 15, the original verdict was confirmed, with the LFP stating, “The club (PSG) must pay him the parts of his salary he is claiming.”
This decision is final and cannot be further appealed but can be raised before the executive committee of the French Football Federation (FFF).
Mbappe previously rejected a mediation offer regarding his dispute with PSG, claiming the club owed him three months’ salary and a loyalty bonus.
After a stellar career at PSG, where he scored a club-record 256 goals, Mbappe joined Real Madrid this summer on a free transfer.
His departure followed a tumultuous relationship with PSG, which included tensions over unmet promises regarding player signings.
Mbappe’s last season with PSG was marked by fan hostility, culminating in boos during his final home match.
Despite a challenging start at Madrid, he has scored eight goals in 13 matches and is preparing for a clash against Barcelona this Saturday.
The situation escalated after PSG initially offered him the most lucrative contract in the club’s history in 2022, which he later declined to extend, creating friction within the club.
