Robert Sánchez began his footballing journey in Spain, playing for Escuela de Fútbol de Santa Ana and later Cartagena FC before moving to England at the age of 15. He joined Brighton & Hove Albion’s youth academy in 2013 and developed through their ranks.
Club Career
Sánchez made his professional breakthrough with Brighton, establishing himself as the club’s No. 1 goalkeeper from 2020 onwards. His performances in the Premier League, including excellent shot-stopping ability and composure with the ball, made him a highly-rated keeper.
