Manchester United, Arsenal, and Liverpool are all tracking the progress of Eintracht Frankfurt midfielder Hugo Larsson, with reports suggesting they have already contacted his representatives ahead of a potential summer transfer.
Standing at 6’2″, Larsson has made a significant impact in the Bundesliga since arriving from Malmo in 2023. Despite being just 18 at the time of his move, he had already featured 61 times for the Swedish club and wasted no time breaking into Frankfurt’s first team.
The young midfielder started 21 Bundesliga matches in his debut season and has already made 16 league appearances this campaign.

Beyond domestic competition, Larsson has gained valuable experience on the European stage. He played in the UEFA Conference League last season and has been impressive in the Europa League this year, scoring twice in seven matches.
His international career is also on the rise, having earned eight caps for Sweden since making his senior debut in January 2023.
While not known for prolific goal-scoring, Larsson stands out for his exceptional passing accuracy and relentless work rate. His performances have not gone unnoticed, with several Premier League heavyweights reportedly preparing to make a move.
However, any deal would come at a steep price. The 19-year-old signed a contract extension in October 2024, tying him to Frankfurt until 2029.

Eintracht Frankfurt’s sporting director, Timmo Hardung, praised Larsson’s rapid adaptation to the Bundesliga, highlighting his influence on the team’s style of play. Meanwhile, the player himself expressed deep satisfaction with life at the club, emphasizing his strong connection to the city and the trust he has felt since day one.
With a valuation of around £50 million, Larsson would represent a major investment, even for top Premier League clubs. Whether Arsenal, Manchester United, or Liverpool will push forward with an offer remains to be seen, but his performances continue to attract attention across Europe.
