Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has labeled Noussair Mazraoui as a cornerstone for the team’s future.
The Moroccan defender, signed from Bayern Munich for £12.3 million last summer, has exceeded expectations in his debut season.
Initially playing as a right-back under Erik ten Hag, Mazraoui has transitioned to a key role in Amorim’s 3-4-3 system, excelling as a right-sided center-back.
His performance against Bodo/Glimt in the Europa League, where he provided a crucial assist for Rasmus Højlund, further showcased his importance to the team.
