Jadon Sancho has opened up about his experiences at Chelsea, naming Reece James as his toughest opponent in training and Cristiano Ronaldo as the best player he has ever played with.
Sancho, who joined Chelsea on loan from Manchester United last summer, has enjoyed a resurgence at Stamford Bridge after struggling to make an impact at Old Trafford.

Speaking to Sky Sports ahead of Chelsea’s FA Cup tie against Brighton, he highlighted James’ defensive awareness, particularly in reading his signature stop-and-start dribbles.
The 25-year-old James, regarded as one of the world’s best right-backs, has battled injuries but remains a key player for Chelsea.
Meanwhile, Sancho reflected on his time at Manchester United, describing the privilege of playing alongside Ronaldo, whose mentality and training habits he found “truly inspirational.”

Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca recently praised Sancho’s consistency, admitting he has been “surprised” by the winger’s performances. With Chelsea set to sign him permanently for £20-25m, Sancho appears to be rediscovering the form that once made him one of Europe’s most exciting talents.
