Victor Osimhen played a pivotal role as Galatasaray secured an emphatic 5-1 victory over Kayserispor in a Turkish Super Lig match on Sunday.

The Nigerian forward opened the scoring just four minutes in, calmly converting a penalty to put the defending champions ahead. He struck again in the second half, netting Galatasaray’s fourth goal in the 71st minute.
With this brace, the 25-year-old now boasts 12 goals and five assists across all competitions this season under head coach Okan Buruk.
Baris Yilmaz also delivered an impressive performance, scoring twice for Galatasaray, while Yunus Akgun added another to seal the comprehensive win for the visitors.
Kayserispor’s lone goal came from Cameroon international Stephane Bahoken, but it was little more than a consolation in a game dominated by the Istanbul giants.
