Leicester City manager Ruud van Nistelrooy has announced that Wilfred Ndidi will be included in the squad for the Emirates FA Cup fourth-round clash with Manchester United.
Ndidi, who has been sidelined since picking up an injury in December’s Premier League match against Brighton & Hove Albion, has been back in training at Seagrave for the last two weeks.
“Wilf is fine,” said Van Nistelrooy in a press conference on Thursday. “He’s had a strong week of training, both last week and this week. He’ll be part of the squad for tomorrow’s match.”
However, the manager mentioned that a few players are dealing with minor injuries, and their status will be assessed before the game. There are a couple of doubtful players who may or may not be fit to travel for the match. The final squad announcement will confirm their availability.
